Quotes & Pricing
Quotes provided through the website or by phone are based on the information you provide and the described scope of testing. Final pricing is always presented and approved by you before an inspection is scheduled. Additional testing recommended during an inspection will be quoted separately.
Appointments & Cancellations
Scheduling an inspection request through the website does not guarantee a specific arrival time until confirmed by our team. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible by calling (818) 366-8600.
Reports & Lab Results
Inspection reports reflect conditions observed and samples collected at the time of the inspection. Laboratory results are provided by independent accredited laboratories. Reports are prepared for the client named on the report and describe conditions only in the areas tested; they are not a guarantee of conditions in untested areas or at future dates.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, West Coast Environmental Testing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
